Find orders missing a storefront checkout event

Ledger compares completed online orders in Shopify with the checkout events its own storefront pixel receives. It shows which orders have a matching event, which do not, and which observed events carried declined marketing consent.

• A Shopify-side comparison. Ledger matches server-side order webhooks against its own browser-side checkout events after a waiting window.
• Consent shown separately. When Ledger receives an event, it reports whether the shopper had declined marketing consent instead of treating that event as missing.
• No shopper profiles. Ledger does not request or store names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. It stores no IP address or advertising identifier and does not track shoppers between sites.

Ledger reports the gap between Shopify orders and the events Ledger observed. It does not verify delivery to an advertising platform or fix tracking for you.

Install from the Shopify App Store, then open Apps › Ledger in your Shopify admin.
